This document constitutes the legally binding Refund and Financial Dispute Policy governing all commercial transactions, course enrollments, private tuition agreements, and digital community subscriptions associated with Cuban Spanish Academy. By initiating any financial transaction across our primary domain or associated platforms, the user explicitly acknowledges, understands, and unconditionally agrees to the terms codified herein.

1.1. Absolute No-Refund Policy All purchases, subscriptions, and enrollments processed through www.cubanspanishclasses.com, our Skool community, or any associated platform are final. Cuban Spanish Academy maintains a strict zero-refund policy under all circumstances. Once a transaction is completed and access to the digital educational materials or community is granted, no financial reimbursements, partial refunds, or credit notes will be issued.

1.2. Administrative Capacity This zero-refund protocol is structurally enforced due to the administrative capacity and operational framework of our organization, which does not allocate resources for processing return transactions or financial disputes.

1.3. Educational Efficacy and Student Responsibility The instructional content is delivered by Jean Pablo Sciacca, an established educator with years of verified professional experience. The efficacy of the educational materials is directly contingent upon the student's active participation, willingness to learn, and application of the instructed methodologies. The transfer of knowledge is provided "as is," and the responsibility for achieving the desired outcomes rests entirely with the user. Failure to utilize the materials or engage with the content does not constitute grounds for a refund.
