Consecutive translation (Cuban Spanish - English)

Many people speak a second language, nevertheless, just a handful of them can translate accordingly. In Today's class we were translating a Cuban Spanish video into English, using cuban expressions and vocabulary + oral consecutive translation helped by a dictionary for specific terms. My goal in this class is to know how to better interpret and translate Spanish into English and vice versa, developing one really strong skill for better communication and comprehension of the cultural background that comes with translating from one language to the other.
